Get receipt for your Freebike rides

If you need a receipt for your Tap and ride rental, please provide us some details about the ride.

Receipts for rides using the Freebike app are available in Freebike app or in this website in the list of rentals after login.

Ride details

You will get a list of the rides for the last 4 digits from the payment card in combination with the date.

Enter the last 4 digits of the payment card used for your rental

Ride date

Pick the date when you used the bike.

Terminal ID

Enter the 8-digit number from your bank statement (optional), leave blank to get all receipts for given card number and date

The ride lasted past midnight

If your ride started in the evening and continued into the next day, tick the button.
